In Attack on Titan season 4, the story is told from Eren’s point of view. With tears in his eyes, Grisha apologized for making Zeke suffer as a child and for being a terrible father.
This ability allowed Grisha to look back in time and observe his past memories, allowing him to spot Zeke in the crowd. Grisha Yeager was able to see Zeke through the Attack Titan’s unique ability to look into the future. In conclusion, while Grisha may have been unable to save his wife or home village from destruction, he was still able to finally be reunited with both his sons through this touching moment which will stay with fans forever! Grisha Yeager’s Perception of Zeke As such, it reveals what Eren saw when he kissed her hand and gives us insight into what Grisha did see when looking at Eren and Zeke: love and understanding between them despite their differences. Through this physical contact made with Historia – a member of the bloodline – it can spark a memory from previous holders of the Attack Titan: namely Eren’s Father Grisha Yeager. However, this moment is broken when Eren sends them back to the pathways tree at episode 22 in season 3 when Eren kisses Historia’s hand. Finally, Zeke weeps too because he realizes that everythig he thought about his father was false his father always loved him despite their differences. Rushing to Zeke, Grisha embraces him with tears streaming down his face as he apologizes for all he has done wrong as a father.
While looking at his past self, Grisha is also able to catch a glimpse of Zeke as well. With this power, Grisha is able to see Eren doing what he can in Attack on Titan season 4 – including traveling down memory lane. Grisha’s story reaches a powerful climax in season 3 of Attack on Titan when Zeke and Eren see Grisha’s past memories with the help of the Attack Titan’s unique ability to look into the future.
